– Remembering to register, booking through Concur automatic, proxy function for registering trips, credentialing to see if a traveler is registered, affiliates can be registered with Athena/Kerberos account name. -

2. Reporting priorities on behalf of MIT’s Administrative Systems Steering Committee (ASSC): Olu Brown, Director of Platform Engagement
ASSC – what reporting needs are in common across the Institute, eg. Brio -> Cognos, Tableau, etc.
– Reports needed: research volume, student and advisor reports using the GAP team, faculty eligible for sabbatical, forecasting tool, anticipated funds (time and money display)
– Conversion to Tableau: SANDI
– Where are these reports listed: VPF, Cognos, etc. – looking at ways to consolidate information
– Make reports like SMS with supervisors available
– Dashboard to find reports
– Prioritization of reports needed
