1. MIT Travel Registry: Linda Dionne, Program Manager, OMA, Robin Lemp, Director, Office of Major Agreements, and Todd Holmes, Program Manager, Int'l Safety & Security.

    - Broad collaboration across Institute
  2. 2)  Understanding – how, why
    - Identified as top 10 risk – international travel
    - Registering travel in departments for students, need to bring existing processes up to speed to include faculty/staff - Registering travel, how to communicate efficiently and quickly
    - Linked to Atlas and MITSIS – uses email address
    - One Community – One Administration Solution – travelregistry.mit.edu
    Simple registration, single shared system, integrated w/ other vendor platforms for risk planning, preparation, response
    - Pilot phase, however semi-LIVE
    - Adoption (not mandatory) in own interest – How to encourage use?
    Present to students at orientation, faculty meeting
    - Groups of travelers – Identify
    - Community of practice - Care

    - Remembering to register, booking through Concur automatic, proxy function for registering trips, credentialing to see if a traveler is registered, affiliates can be registered with Athena/Kerberos account name.

2. Reporting priorities on behalf of MIT’s Administrative Systems Steering Committee (ASSC): Olu Brown, Director of Platform Engagement

ASSC – what reporting needs are in common across the Institute, eg. Brio -> Cognos, Tableau, etc.
- Reports needed: research volume, student and advisor reports using the GAP team, faculty eligible for sabbatical, forecasting tool, anticipated funds (time and money display)
- Conversion to Tableau: SANDI
- Where are these reports listed: VPF, Cognos, etc. – looking at ways to consolidate information
- Make reports like SMS with supervisors available
- Dashboard to find reports
- Prioritization of reports needed

3. AACII Poster for Collaborating for MIT’s Future Poster Session event - Report Out – All
Themes for Administrative Managers (AO) Networking Breakfast (handout)
- People Matters conference theme linked with leadership
- Managing risk at MIT – cuts across all functions (Medical, HR, Audit, EHS, etc.) Debbie Fischer, Mike Moody, Cecilia Stoupis, et al.

- Compensation and Competition for HR including R&R

4. Discussion of AO Networking Event Possible Dates – All - Title event: Administrative Managers or AO? Dates – late January, or late April
