Networking Breakfast Planning

  • What do we want presenters to address?
  • We want to stay away from a "How To for Chat GPT"
  • How do we address AI eliminating jobs?
  • Stephanie Richardson from MIT Libraries has done a lot with administration and AI.  She would be a good spreaker.
  • Glen is interested in launching a working group on how we can use AI in administrative offices to simplify life.  Mark Silis with an advisor from OGC and audit will be a part of the working group.
  • No Chat GPT subscriptions on ProCards
  • Microsoft has Co-Pilot to use for AI
  • Can we get OGC to speak and talk about the pitfalls or IS&T or training data?
  • Can Aude Oliva from Schwartzman speak.  She spoke to OSATT or Jessica Murray in IS&T.
  • Breakfast on May 2nd in Koch Luria Auditorium 76-156
  • Olympia will send the subcommittee spreadsheet with roles to everyone for sign up.
  • Olympia is working on the invitee list.
  • In-person event only.  Remote #’s were so low.
  • Michael Leskiw and Gabe Campos will be the event moderators.

AACII Website

  • The AACII website will be migrating from Drupal to Word Press.
  • Migration has been postponed and the IS&T team will reach out at a later date.
