Coordination, Assistance, Response and Education 

• New group in Student Life. CARE team launched in July 2016.  It is changing the way mental health is talked about on campus 
• C.f. slides for CARE team for details
• 2014 and after - did soul searching on brought in experts
• Joined JED foundation jedfoundation.org
• MindHandHeart started in 2014 - inserted heart as a companion to mind and hand
• Moved to a case management team approach (CARE team)
• Electronic form rolling out in a few weeks
• Created ability to centralize support for students

Department of Facilities

• Presentation on outreach on activities 
• C.f. details in slide set
• Repair and maintenance- CSG is now integrating trades for newer buildings. CSG focus is on preventative maintenance.
• Customer survey - WO survey 
• Customer Service Center - interface via Atlas
• Operations Center - monitors all life safety and mechanical systems 
• Atlas service requests - shutdown requests now more integrated
• DLC self-managed facilities projects - new process (low complexity and high complexity)
• DLC Facility managers meeting every 2 months
• Roof access project to better control who has access to roofs and when using card access and new keys.
